Dress Code
As in all sports, a certain standard of dress is preferred and golf is no different in this respect.
The following guidelines will ensure that members are not embarrassed whilst on the course or within the clubhouse.
Preferred Dress On The Course
All golfing wear which can be purchased from our professionals shop or from any high street golfing retailer.
When casual dress is permitted in the clubhouse the above would be included in what is considered acceptable.
Shorts when worn must be tailored with long golf socks or predominantly white ankle sports socks.
Wet or dirty golf wear should not be worn within the lounge areas.
Not Acceptable
- Shirts worn outside trousers
- Tee shirts
- Caps worn incorrectly
- Trainers
- Denim jeans
- Trousers tucked into socks
Car Park
Please ensure that you park within the white lines. Changing in the car park is not permitted, please use the locker rooms.
Mobile Telephones
It is preferred that mobile telephones are switched to silent mode whilst within the clubhouse. Should members wish to take or make a call, they must leave the clubhouse to take the call outside or within the locker rooms.
On the course, mobile phones must be switched off and may only be used in an emergency.
Please respect the wishes of the majority of members who wish to be away from the telephone whilst at the club.
